We Have Less Than A Month to Get Started!
Ramadan hasn’t arrived just yet, but it’s approaching quickly. That means it’s time to begin preparing for Iftar from today onwards, ensuring we can provide nourishment for as many people in Palestine, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon as possible throughout the Holy Month.
Only if we have enough funds today can we make sure that we are able to feed people tomorrow i.e., from the very first day of Ramadan.
Because, you see, there’s a lot that goes into preparing for Iftar, more so when you plan on feeding hundreds of people! We need to procure materials, prepare meals, organize packaging and transportation, and ensure all expenses are accounted for.
We must start today, and that’s why we ask you to
We’ve done it before, And we need your help to do it once again!
Last year, we had a goal to feed 100,00 people during Ramadan. But with the help of your generous help, we were able to exceed the goal and feed 130,000 people.
We fed 130,000 people, and that means…
✔️ We saved 130,000 lives.
✔️ We brought hope to 130,000 souls.
✔️ We nourished and provided sustenance to 130,000 vulnerable brothers and sisters.
This year, we have the target of feeding 1,000,000 people in need. But once again, we cannot achieve this goal without your contribution.
Do you, like us, wish to share the blessings of this month with those in need, too?
Will you become part of our movement and get the reward of fasting multiple Ramadans?
If yes, then…
The Share Your Iftar Campaign
This Ramadan, most people will only fast once. But a few chosen people will get the reward of fasting MULTIPLE Ramadans without going through any additional hunger! Would YOU like to be among the chosen few?
During Ramadan, when you fast, you feel hungry for most of the day, but knowing that you have a guaranteed meal at sunset helps you stay strong and get through the day, despite extreme temperatures and long fasting hours!
However, there are millions of Muslims around the world who won’t be having any meals to break their fast…
According to the United Nation World Food Programme (2023), the number of people suffering from famine in each country are:
🔘 Yemen: 17 million.
🔘 Afghanistan: 19.9 million.
🔘 Syria: 12 million.
🔘 Sudan: 15.8 million.
🔘 Nigeria: 26.5 million (51.1% Muslim)
🔘 Ethiopia: 20.1 million (31.3% Muslim)
That’s a total of 111.1 Million Muslims who will sleep without iftar, in just 6 countries!
Read this Hadith carefully!
What are you going to say to the Prophet ﷺ when you meet him at the fountain of Al-Kawthar, and he asked you about those who were hungry and did not feed?
Would he still give you the drink in your hand, or would the angels take you away from in front of him, as Hadeeth narrated?
Imagine the importance of feeding the hungry if THIS is what Allah SWT has said about it!
Knowing this, and that millions of your Muslim brothers and sisters are sleeping hungry in some other part of the world, can you go to sleep peacefully?
As part of the Ummah, we cannot let this happen. And if you act now, you can
save their lives…
help them break their fasts…
and get immense rewards in this holy month!
So, do you want to fast multiple Ramadans this year?
Did you know that for the first 13 years of Islam, fasting Ramadan was optional?
Before the 2nd year of the Hijrah (the blessed migration from Makkah to Madinah), the companions of the Prophet ﷺ had the choice of either fasting Ramadan, or giving charity for each day!
This means that fasting and feeding the needy are very interconnected, even before fasting became one of the five pillars of Islam. In fact, we even mark the end of the holy month also by feeding the poor!
According to Hadith, for every good deed you do in Ramadan, your rewards will be multiplied by 70 times! And if you do something as important and significant as feeding others, can you imagine the rewards you’ll secure for yourself? Feeding just one person during this holy and blessed month is equivalent to feeding seventy in terms of rewards!
But that’s not all! On top of these special rewards, you’ll also be receiving the following rewards:
Barakah in your income
Protection for you and your loved ones from harm and calamity
Reward and protection for the afterlife
Rewards for following the sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ and his companions
